Every child deserves the chance to dream big, and every woman deserves the freedom to reach her full potential. EBC Financial Group is certainly no exception. Unfortunately, for many families, especially refugees, despair can overshadow hope. That’s where our new partnership with Shakti Regeneration Institute comes in, transforming lives through education and opportunity.
Shakti works with underprivileged women and children, offering them a lifeline: a chance to turn lack and despair into hope and abundance. Their transformative programmes, like SEEschool, go beyond basic literacy, equipping women with the skills needed to achieve economic independence and build a secure future for themselves and their children.
The need for such empowerment is urgent. According to UNICEF, 129 million girls are out of school globally, limiting their opportunities and hindering economic growth. A World Bank report further highlights that when women participate fully in the workforce, economies flourish, with the average long-term global GDP estimated to be approximately 20% higher.
Shakti’s innovative approach is a game-changer. Their regenerative vocational training programmes equip women with essential skills to enter the workforce with confidence. By partnering with them, we are not just supporting education and economic empowerment for women and girls – we’re investing in a brighter future for all.
When children are educated and women are empowered, families thrive, communities prosper, and our planet benefits. We will provide funding to the Children’s School at Ramakrishna Vedanta Vidyapith to ensure children have access to quality education, laying a strong foundation for their future success. Soon, we will also support the documentary “Re:Generation Heroes,” directed by Indrani Pal-Chaudhuri, a powerful film that explores the challenges facing the Amazon ecosystem and the need for environmental protection.
By uniting the power of all, we can create a world where every child and woman has the chance to build a bright future for themselves and their families.
